All of the medications we offer require a prescription.
When you place your order, an online consultation will be used to determine whether a prescription
is right for you.

How does the online consultation work?
While the vast majority of our customers have visited their doctor's office within the last
year, many of them cited the confidentiality, time savings and convenience of an online consultation
as the biggest reason for choosing us for their medication. There is no physical exam performed
by the physician. You will be asked to complete an online questionnaire and, if necessary, communicate
with the physician using our secure online communication environment. Although online consultations will
never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for people to receive
treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam.
An online consultation is a new concept in health care that affords individuals improved access
to physician care. Our organization is committed to meeting and exceeding current regulations that
govern the online healthcare industry. We fill prescriptions written only by board certified
physicians that are licensed in the US. We employ licensed pharmacists to provide you with the highest
standards of pharmaceutical care. All medication is obtained from a legitimate pharmaceutical wholesaler
in the US so you can be sure you are receiving the same quality medication you would receive at your neighborhood drug store.

How will my personal health information be handled?
We understand the importance of confidentiality when it comes to your health information and we
are committed to keeping all of your personal, as well as health information, forever confidential.
All information you provide us via the consultation and order form is held in complete confidence.
Our doctors and pharmacists adhere to the strict standards for patient confidentiality set by the
American Medical Association and the Health on the Net Foundation. Your personal and medical
information is transferred via secure and encrypted Internet connections, and our secure online communication
environment keeps anything you discuss with the doctor between you and the doctor. Only members
of our licensed medical staff have access to your data during your consultation and they can only
access your information over a secure encrypted connection.

Are there any hidden fees?
We will never charge you any hidden fees. Each time you order, you pay the price indicated for
the medication, plus shipping. There are never any “order processing” fees and there
is never a fee for refill orders. If the doctor does not approve your order, you will not be charged
at all. We ship all orders FedEx and the cost is typically $18 for 2nd day delivery.
Sometimes we run specials on shipping which can be found on the main page of this site. All available
shipping options will appear on the 2nd page of the order process.
NOTE: Your order is not complete and your credit card cannot be processed until after you review
the total cost of the order, and click the “Agree to Waiver and Consent” button on the 2nd page of the order form.

What are your shipping policies?
We ship all orders in discreet packaging via FedEx. The cost is typically $18 for 2nd day
delivery. Sometimes we run specials on shipping which can be found on the main page of this site.
All available shipping options will appear on the 2nd page of the order process.
NOTE: Your order is not complete and your credit card cannot be processed until after you review
the total cost of the order, and click the “Agree to Waiver and Consent” button on the 2nd
page of the order form.
We do not process prescription orders on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order after 3 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order will most likely be reviewed by the physician and be
shipped from the pharmacy on Monday.
FedEx is generally not able to deliver to a P.O. Box. If you choose to include a P.O. Box
on your consult form, your order will be sent by the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Your package should arrive in three to five business days. We cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes.
All orders with APO/FPO U.S. military addresses will be sent by the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

How do I track my order?
To track your order status, you can log on to your account by
clicking here
or by going directly to www.fedex.com, select your country. Click on the tracking link, and enter your tracking number.
If you do not have the tracking number from your email, log on to your account and view your account
status. Your FedEx tracking number is listed under the Status of Request section.
Your tracking number will not register with FedEx until the order has been picked up from the pharmacy.
If the system tells you that you are entering an inaccurate tracking number, try checking again
later in the day. It may be that your package has not left the pharmacy yet.

Are online credit card transactions safe?
Yes. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is provided by VeriSign, and is the industry standard
and among the best software available today for secure e-commerce transactions.
To provide you with an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers we receive are stored
on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. When you type or call in your credit card information,
the complete credit card number is transferred to this secure computer across a proprietary,
one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by network or modem, and the number is not stored anywhere else.
